- Production timelines are as follows:
- Standard Orders (Up to 100 pieces): 5–7 business days
- Larger Orders (Over 100 pieces): 7–14 business days
- Specialized apparel, such as washed T-shirts or long-sleeve shirts, may take an additional 1–2 business days for processing.
Shipping Time
- Domestic Shipping (Malaysia):
- West Malaysia: 2–4 business days
- East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 5–7 business days
- International Shipping:
- ASEAN Countries: 7–10 business days
- Rest of the World: 10–20 business days, depending on the shipping method and destination.
Total Delivery Time
- Domestic Orders: 7–11 business days from the time of order confirmation.
- International Orders: 12–25 business days, subject to the shipping destination and method chosen.
